View your personal file usage
Create a personal use file
Create a new file for a client
Link an existing (personal or client) file to yourself or another client
Disconnect business files
Personal file usage
All Inner Circle memberships come with a minimum of three business files for personal use. You can easily see your usage on the welcome screen. This will show any spots you have available.
The Slot Panel shows the personal file usage.

Creating a new file (for a client or personal use)
For client files, you will need their Subscription ID and License Key. If you manage your client purchases, these can be accessed or purchased via the Inner Circle Portal, otherwise you may need to contact your client.
Click on the Create New button

Link an existing (personal or client) file to yourself or another client
To move to a client, you will need their Subscription ID and License Key. If you manage your client purchases, these can be accessed or purchased via the Inner Circle Portal, otherwise you may need to contact your client.
Click on the Manage Existing tab
Locate and select the Business File in the list
Select Move subscription
When moving to a client, type or paste a valid Subscription ID and License Key, otherwise select personal
Click Confirm
The file will now be associated to the selected account.
Disconnect business files
If you, or a client, has a file that is no longer needed, you can disconnect it to allow for a new file to be created or an existing file to be linked. If you still require access to the existing business file, you may need to purchase a new license before creating a new business file. If you are unsure, please contact the Customer Engagement Team.
If you have exceeded your limit, you will need to disconnect a personal file before you can continue into the program.
Once a file has been disconnected, you (or your client) will not be able to open the file. Only disconnect the file if it is no longer required. If you have disconnected by mistake, please contact the Customer Engagement Team.
To disconnect a personal or client file, on the main Dashboard,
1. Select Manage Existing.
2. Select the file
3. Select Disconnect
4. You will receive a message to confirm if you wish to
continue with the disconnect, click Yes
After selecting ‘Yes’, you will then have another personal slot
available and can create a new file.
