Renewing your Inner Circle Membership ensures uninterrupted access to exclusive tools, resources, and expert support designed to help you manage your clients efficiently. With an active membership, you’ll continue to benefit from priority assistance, ongoing software updates, and member-only insights.

To make renewals even easier, we now offer an Auto-Renew option. By enabling Auto-Renew, your membership will automatically renew each term, preventing any disruptions to your access. You can turn this feature on or off anytime in the ‘My Membership’ section.

To maintain access to the Inner Circle program, you must have an active IC membership. Follow the steps below to renew your membership and keep enjoying the full benefits of the Inner Circle program.

Log into your IC account

1. Visit our website and navigate to ‘For Accountants’.
2. Select ‘Accountant Portal’ to access the login page.
3. Enter your login credentials and sign in.


Forgot your password?

If you don’t remember your login details, click ‘Lost Password’to reset them.

Renew your IC Membership

1. Go to ‘My Account’.
2. In the left-hand menu, select ‘My Membership’.
3. Click the ‘Renew Now’ button.


You will be redirected to a checkout page where your order details will be prefilled.


Auto-renewal option

There is now an option to ‘Auto-renew’ which you can turn on/off at any point by going back to ‘My Membership’.

Complete payment

1. Enter your card details on the checkout page.
2. Review and agree to the terms and conditions.
3. Click ‘Renew Subscription’ to finalize your renewal.


Receive confirmation

  • A confirmation message will appear on the screen.
  • You will receive an email confirming your renewal.

Your Inner Circle membership is now renewed!
