Allowances issue - EOFY 23/24

Allowances issue - EOFY 23/24

We have identified an issue where certain allowances have been doubled in some employees’ income statements.

This will only affect you if any of your employees have been paid any of the following allowances.

  1. Working conditions
  2. Non-deductible expenses
  3. Qualification allowance,
  4. Task allowance

Have you submitted your first lodgement for the 2025 financial year?

If you have, follow these steps: Sending an Update

If you have not, but have finalised 2024, follow these steps: Sending a Replacement

If you have not, and have not finalised 2024, follow these steps: Finalising by Deleting and Reprocessing

If you need clarification as to which process you should follow, you can always contact our support team via webchat, phone at 08 8275 2000 or email at info@cashflow-manager.com.
