Password protect your files
How do I create Passwords for my file?
In Cashflow Manager you have the ability to set up a Password for each Section.
You will need to start with an Administrator password.
- 1. Click on [File]
- 2. Click on [Password]
- 3. Click on [Admin]
- 4. Admin Password window will appear. Type in your password
- 5. Click [ok]
Password for Cashflow
- 1. Click on [File]
- 2. Click on [Password]
- 3. Click on [Cashflow]
- 4. Enter Admin Password
- 5. Click [OK]
- 6. Type in password for cashflow
- 7. Click [OK]
Password for Invoice
- 1. Click on [File]
- 2. Click on [Password]
- 3. Click on [Cashflow]
- 4. Enter Admin Password
- 5. Click [OK]
- 6. Type in password for Invoice
- Click [OK]
Password for Wages
- 1. Click on [File]
- 2. Click on [Password]
- 3. Click on [Cashflow]
- 4. Enter Admin Password
- 5. Click [OK]
- 6. Type in password for Wages
- 7. Click [OK]

Note: Cashflow Manager does not have record of these passwords
