How to use Invoice due dates
While you are creating an invoice the Due Date option will appear in the top left below Invoice Options and Payment Terms. Simply select the drop-down and choose the date you would like the invoice to be due.
Finally, make sure to finalise your invoice - without doing this, the due date feature will not function.
Overdue InvoicesBy using this feature, you can also track invoices that are overdue. These invoices will appear red in the Money In section of Cashflow Manager. Additionally, for those who have a large number of invoices to look through, you can use the Display Options dropdown at the top of the Money In screen to filter the screen to just show outstanding or overdue invoices for a specific customer.
