How Do I Pay Long Service Leave Taken

How Do I Pay Long Service Leave Taken

As Long Service Leave regulations and policies are different across each state and territory, Cashflow Manager Gold and Wages Manager does not calculate or track Long Service Leave.

However, a custom rate can be set up for paying long service leave taken by an employee.

  1. Highlight the employee and click on [Modify Employee] from the right-hand side menu
  2. Navigate to the [Pay Details] tab from on the Edit Employee Screen. Under Pay Options at the bottom of the screen, select the [Custom Rates] tab and click on the [Add] button on the right.
  3. Add the relevant details and select Long Service Leave taken under the wage category
  4. Click on [Ok], then [Save] at the bottom right-hand corner of the Edit Employee Screen
  5. Highlight the employee from the list, select [Pay Single Employee] from the right-hand side.

A Long Service Leave Column will be visible, and you can specify the number of hours taken here.
