How Do I Pay An Employee On Piece Work?
Piece work is for Employees who Sheer Sheep, Pick Fruit or a Horticulturalist etc.
- Modify the employee, select [Pay Details] and change the [Pay Structure] to Piece Work
- When you select Piece Work a window will appear saying you will need to record a Custom Rate
- Save the Custom Rate and now you will be able pay your employee
- Select the (Employee) name from the Employees section of Wages
- Click on [Pay Single Employee] to the right hand side under Functions
- Type in the amount the Employee had collected, sheared etc. Click [Calculate]
- A Pay Summary will show the amount the Employee has earned. Once all correct click [Save]
- Pay is now complete.
