How Do I Pay An Employee On Piece Work?

Piece work is for Employees who Sheer Sheep, Pick Fruit or a Horticulturalist etc.

  1. Modify the employee, select [Pay Details] and change the [Pay Structure] to Piece Work
  2. When you select Piece Work a window will appear saying you will need to record a Custom Rate
  3.  Save the Custom Rate and now you will be able pay your employee
  4.  Select the (Employee) name from the Employees section of Wages
  5.  Click on [Pay Single Employee] to the right hand side under Functions
  6.  Type in the amount the Employee had collected, sheared etc. Click [Calculate]
  7.  A Pay Summary will show the amount the Employee has earned. Once all correct click [Save]
  8. ​ Pay is now complete.
