By default, the AppData and ProgramData folder which Cashflow Manager files are stored in is a 'hidden' folder on the computer.

For Windows 10

1. Open Windows File Explorer from the 📂 icon on the taskbar
2. Go to [view] in the top left
3. Tick [Hidden items] on the far right

For Windows 11

1. Open Windows File Explorer from the 📂 icon on the taskbar
2. Click on the [Layout and view options] menu
3. Select [Show] and tick [Hidden items]
4. You will now be able to see the relevant data folders.
