How Do I Change My Printers Paper Size To A4?

Windows 10:  

  1. 1. Click on your [Start] menu button 
  2. 2. Select Settings
  3. 3. In the Search field, type Control Panel
  4. 4. Click on Control Panel
  5. 5. Select and open the Devices and Printers option 
  6. 6. Right click on the Default Printer, and select Printing Preferences
  7. 7. Look for the Paper Size option 
  8. 8. Change the Paper Size to A4 (will not work on Letter) 
  9. 9. Click [OK] 

Windows 11:  

  1. 1. Click on your [Start] menu button 
  2. 2. Select Settings
  3. 3. Select Bluetooth and Devices option 
  4. 4. Open Printers and Scanners
  5. 5. Click on the Default Printer, and select Printing Preferences
  6. 6. Look for the Paper Size option 
  7. 7. Change the Paper Size to A4 (will not work on Letter) 
  8. 8. Click [OK]
